LAS FLORES RANCH

The developer’s connection to Summit Valley began as a grandson of one of the four original families who owned the Las Flores Ranch from 1937 to 1980.

Los Flores Ranch was a 7,500 acre working cattle ranch with the oldest barn in Southern California with ranch homes clustered around a quandrangle, a historic water tower in its center and thousands of acres of riding.

The weekends growing up there engendered an overwhelming passion for the area which led the developer to acquire a nearby 120 acre parcel and create a small, low density enclave for like minded homeowners.
